Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time position in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The role involves providing specialized pre and post-operative care and requires a minimum of two years of PACU experience. The position offers flexible scheduling with potential for shift adjustments based on coverage needs.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ACLS and BLS certifications upon submission; BSN degree required; Pennsylvania or Compact license required upon submission; 2+ years of PACU experience
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The nurse must be prepared to work on Wednesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with potential to shift to Monday and Tuesday for coverage purposes. Exact clinical responsibilities will align with current facility policies and procedures, including adherence to SOPs related to perioperative care.
