Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS/Tele) registered nurses are needed for a unit dedicated to adult and geriatric patient care. Located in Rochester, the organization seeks qualified RNs to provide high-quality patient care, with a focus on interpreting dysrhythmias, managing cardiac medications, and utilizing rapid response teams. The role requires a commitment to clinical excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Position / Specialty: MS/Tele RN
• Shift: Night (12-hour shifts)
• Schedule: Night shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week, starting 08/17/2026
• Required Qualifications: NY state license in hand, 1+ years of recent experience, BLS certification, NIHSS certification, recent experience with charting using the EPIC system, mandatory competency with phlebotomy and IV placement, interpreting dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias, use of rapid response teams, peripheral line care/management, oxygen therapy including nasal cannula and oxygen face masks, non-invasive airway management, isolation precautions/PPE, and ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• **Preferred Qualifications:**Experience with MS/Tele nursing and interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias, rapid response protocols, peripheral line management, oxygen administration, and EPIC charting experience.
• Additional Information: All travelers are required to float as needed; candidates within 75 miles are not accepted. RTO requests exceeding 10 days are not permitted. Modules may be billable up to 5 hours, with a maximum of 10 hours total. The position involves working with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, and rapid response teams.
