Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor registered nurses in Corpus Christi, Texas, are needed for a night shift position beginning on 08/10/2026. This role involves providing care for medical surgical patients in a unit with a focus on delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

Job Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical Floor
• Location: Corpus Christi, TX
• Address: 3315 S. Alameda, Corpus Christi, TX 78411
• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: RN license; acute med/surg experience of 1+ years within the last year; ability to care for 4-6 patients at a time; location in Texas or ability to practice in Texas; one or more years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: RN experience of 2+ years within the last year; background in orthopedics or neuro-surgery; Med/Surg/Telemetry experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The unit has 16 beds with 25 staff members, including a mix of day and night shift nurses, primarily caring for medical surgical and COVID-positive patients. Standard nursing skills such as IV insertions, urinary catheterization, central line maintenance, medication administration, documentation, and team communication are essential.
