Description
Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Registered Nurse (RN) position in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This role involves working within a fast-paced interventional cardiology unit specializing in structural and high-risk cases, including TAVR, MitraClips, Watchman, and high-risk percutaneous coronary interventions. The RN will provide patient care during catheterization, structural heart, and invasive procedures, supporting a team of interventional cardiologists.
Job Details:
- Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin
- Shift: 9-hour rotating days (Monday through Sunday) with hours typically from 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm
- Schedule: 36 hours per week, with guaranteed hours during all weeks except during holiday closures
- Start Date: 08/10/2026
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Required Certifications: Wisconsin RN license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Minimum Qualifications: Associates Degree or Certificate in Nursing, at least 2 years of clinical experience, experience with structural cardiac cases such as TAVR, MitraClips, Watchman, high-risk PCI, and scrubbing in with physicians for cath, structural, and IR procedures
- Charting Experience: Epic charting system is required
- Additional Responsibilities: On-call duties 1-2 nights per week from 5pm-7am, and on 4th-5th weekends, with a 30-minute response time. Rotation includes holidays (one holiday as needed).
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
