Description
Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) registered nurse position located in Downey, California. The role involves providing specialized care in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care setting, focusing on critically ill newborns. The position requires the ability to work night shifts, ensuring around-the-clock patient care and medical support.
Job Details:
- Shift: Nights; 12 hours per day, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
- One year of recent (within the last three years) full-time equivalent experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid registered nurse license in the state of California
- Basic Life Support certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
- Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field
- Seven (7) years of recent Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience (within the last ten years)
- Additional Information:
- Must have ACLS certification
- Position available starting 08/17/2026
- Location in Downey, California, at 9333 Imperial Highway
