Job Summary:
The labor and delivery department within a healthcare provider located in Fontana, California, is seeking a qualified registered nurse to join their team. This position involves working night shifts in a fast-paced environment, providing specialized care to high-risk obstetric patients. The role is critical to ensuring safe delivery practices and supporting mother and infant health.

Job Details:

• Location: 9961 Sierra Avenue, Fontana, CA 92335
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in labor and delivery
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Registered Nurse license in the state of California
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
  • Five or more years of recent labor and delivery experience within the last two years
  • One year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two years
  • High Risk Obstetrics experience preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information:
  • No specific winter plan need
  • No billing string applicable
  • Bachelors degree and extensive experience are preferred but not required for the role
