Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse - Boerne, TX. This position involves providing urgent care in a high-volume, full-service emergency center that operates 24/7. The nurse will collaborate with a team of medical professionals to treat a variety of critical and non-urgent cases, ensuring rapid assessment and stabilization of patients.

Job Details:

• Location: Boerne, TX
• Shift: Nights, 12 hours shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, with rotating weekends and holidays as per unit policy
• Required Qualifications: Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license (active), BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NCC certification, 2+ years of Emergency Room experience, and proficiency with Meditech electronic medical record system
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech electronic medical record system; advanced certifications are considered a plus
• Float: Float rotation may be required based on staffing needs
• Procedures performed on unit: Urgent care, stroke, STEMI
• Uniform policy: Navy scrub top and pants, navy or white scrub jacket; neat and clean appearance with no extreme hairstyles or colors; body art should be covered; minimal visible piercings except ears
• Additional information: The position requires a minimum of one year of relevant ER experience and a valid Texas RN license, with no minimum experience requirement beyond that.
