Description

Job Summary:
This Clinic (No Specific Specialty) position is located in Bismarck, North Dakota. The role involves working in a urology outpatient clinic setting, providing patient care and assisting with procedures. The schedule includes daytime hours from Monday to Friday, with staff rotating shifts. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment supporting the healthcare team.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Daytime hours Monday - Friday vary, staff rotate. 0730-1600, 0800-1630, 0830-1700, 0900-1730, with minimum 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS (AHA); must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Ability to set up sterile fields and assist in procedures; experience placing catheters; knowledge of urology conditions such as BPH, Hematuria, UTI, LUTS, Frequency, Cystoscopy, Prostate biopsy.
  • Floats: Floating to other departments within the specialty clinics may be required.
  • Additional Information: The unit features 6 clinic beds and 4 procedure rooms, with patient ratios of approximately 33-40 patients per day managed by a team including 2 nurses, 1 certified surgical technician, and 1 CNA. The clinic operates an acute care setting with a 24/7 inpatient pharmacy and uses the EPIC charting system. Scrubs of any color are acceptable.
