Job Summary:
This is a Medical Surgical Floor nursing position based in Norwell, Massachusetts. The role involves providing patient care in an ambulatory setting, including administering medications and treatments, patient education, and telephone communication. The position offers day shifts with no weekends, evenings, nights, or holidays.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Associates degree in nursing (minimum), BSN preferred; two years of acute care experience minimum; experience with catheters and drains preferred; urology or chemotherapy/oncology experience preferred; ambulatory, emergency department, or procedural experience preferred; phone triage or walk-in triage experience a plus; ambulatory clinic experience required; comfortable with catheters/catheterizations; minimum of 1 year acute care/inpatient experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Urology experienceambulatory or acute care; chemotherapy/oncology experience highly desirable.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Additional Information: The role includes the administration of medications and treatments, patient education before and after procedures, and communication with patients via telephone.
