Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) specialty in Rockford, Illinois. This role involves working with a skilled heart team, focusing on open heart surgeries. The candidate must be proficient in surgical technology and able to scrub independently, providing critical support during surgical procedures. The position requires a dedicated professional capable of managing a surgical workload in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 10-hour shift from 06:30 to 17:00, with rotational call coverage. Call may involve one day per week, including weekends, with a 24-hour call requirement.
• Required Qualifications: Certificated graduate from an accredited surgical technology program, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting. Verification of graduation is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in open heart surgery and proficiency in working independently in the operating room.
• Schedule: 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/10/2026.
• Additional Information: No local candidates within 50 miles will be considered. Candidates must possess the necessary certifications and experience to work effectively with a heart team during open heart procedures.
