Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) in Vermont. This opportunity is for a skilled registered nurse to work in an adaptive acuity unit requiring versatile skills including telemetry and medical-surgical care. The position offers a night shift schedule, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic inpatient setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Vermont Registered Nurse License or Compact license, BLS (American Heart Association) certification, ACLS (American Heart Association) certification, 3 years of current medical-surgical and telemetry experience, charge nurse experience, and previous travel experience of at least 3 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: ICU experience, experience in a small critical access facility.
• Float: Float to any inpatient unit within scope may be required.
• Additional Information:
  • Experience with insulin drips, emolol drips, and sodium drips is required.
  • Charge nurse experience is mandatory.
  • Must have own vehicle.
  • All schedules and time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application.
  • Travelers need to have voicemail set up and be reachable.
  • Must include complete work history and skills checklist, and have recent supervisory reference.
  • No 48-hour guarantee.
  • RTO requests are limited to five days and must be included in profile at submission; requests after offer may be rescinded.
