Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) Circulator in Jackson, Kentucky. This position requires an experienced OR RN with a minimum of two years of recent surgical experience, including prior travel assignments. The role involves working independently in a fast-paced surgical environment, providing high-quality patient care, and supporting surgical teams during procedures. The schedule comprises daytime shifts with potential call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Details:

• Position: Operating Room RN Circulator
• Location: Jackson, Kentucky
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certification(s) as applicable, current nursing license in the state of Kentucky or the ability to obtain, at least two years of recent OR experience with prior travel experience, and the ability to work independently in a surgical setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a fast-paced surgical environment, demonstrated critical thinking skills, and leadership abilities.
• Additional Information: The RN will support the surgical team by managing supplies, ensuring timely case flow, communicating with families, updating physician preference cards, scrubbing in and assisting during surgeries, and supervising personnel delivering patient care. The position involves providing safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with state nurse practice acts, AORN standards, and hospital policies.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
