Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry in Erie, Pennsylvania. This position involves providing care in a telemetry unit with a focus on cardiac monitoring and patient assessment. The role requires working nights and potentially every other weekend or holiday, supporting a dynamic clinical environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); one year of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting; current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; minimum of 0 years of experience required
- Preferred Qualifications: Certification in telemetry or cardiovascular care is a plus; additional certifications such as ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) are preferred
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The role involves working in a high-acuity telemetry unit. Candidates must be able to assess, monitor, and respond to cardiac and other vital signs promptly. Flexibility to work nights and alternate weekends or holidays is essential.
