Job Summary
Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) Mount Angel, Oregon. This role involves providing skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes within the West Salem/Keizer area and surrounding communities. Job Details

• Schedule: 8-hour days, 5 days a week, starting 09/07/2026
• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BCLS)
• Years of Experience Requisite: 1 year of skilled home health experience, Oasis experience required
• First-Time Travelers Accepted: No
• Weekend Requirement: May need to work some weekends
• Open to accommodating block schedule: No
• Locals Accepted: Yes; considered "local" within a 50-mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
• Pending License Accepted: Yes
• RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off the traveler up to 1 shift per pay period (every two weeks)

• Clinical Skills: Adult home health, Admission assessment, Discharge planning, Recertification, Resumption of care, Routine visits, Start of care, Wound care, Medication assessment and management, Pain assessment & management, Utilization of pain scales (verbal, nonverbal), Starting and maintaining intravenous therapy, Phlebotomy skills, Infection control precautions, Medication administration (IM, IV, SubQ)
• Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics
• Daily Census: 415 clients under care
• Additional Requirements: Traveler must have reliable transportation; COVID-19 primary series and booster vaccination required; Epic and Oasis experience preferred; Traveler will be responsible for completing required modules, averaging approximately 16 hours, with over 20 hours requiring prior approval.
