Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week

• Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Nurse Manager experience, Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license with verification, current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, experience with moderate sedation and gastrointestinal scopes, recent Manager/Supervisor references in the specialty, skills checklist matching the specialty, valid drivers license with matching address, and EMR experience preferred with EPIC system.
• Preferred Qualifications: CGRN certification and flu vaccination during the season.
• Additional Information: The role involves oversight of four procedure rooms handling patients aged 18 and above for Endoscopy, and all ages for Urgent Care. The candidate must include return-to-operate (RTO) requests at the time of submission, which will be evaluated during confirmation. The facility emphasizes clinical skills aligned with GI procedures, scheduling, and urgent care responsibilities.
