Description
Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Seattle, Washington. This position involves providing high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a dedicated healthcare professional capable of responding effectively to urgent patient needs and collaborating with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
- 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- License, Certification, Registration: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided), Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias preferred
- NIH Stroke Scale Certificate
- Additional Information:
- May float to inpatient unit if needed
