Job Summary:
The Labor and Delivery (L&D) specialty position is located in Eureka, California. This role involves providing specialized care for women during childbirth and postpartum, with a focus on high-risk obstetric patients. Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid California state license, at least 1 year of experience in labor and delivery nursing, current certifications as applicable, and no pending licenses accepted.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-risk obstetric patients and postpartum care.
• Float: Float rotation may be required as per facility needs, with travelers often floated within their scope.
• Additional Information: This facility cares for high-risk obstetric cases and culturally diverse populations. Charge experience is preferred. Candidates must be flexible to work holidays and be available to work at least 3 of the 5 major holidays. Applicants should be prepared to provide two references covering the last 3 years, with at least 6 months of experience as applicable for CNA.
