Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified registered nurse specializing in House Supervisor Level 1 for a healthcare facility located in West Burlington, Iowa. This role involves assuming leadership responsibilities on nursing units and other departments during night shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. The assignment is scheduled for six weeks, starting on August 31, 2026, and ending on October 11, 2026.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts with 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, EPIC electronic medical record experience in a similar unit within the last 12 months. One year of experience as a registered nurse.
- Specialty: House Supervisor Level 1
- Experience: 1 year of relevant nursing experience
- Additional Information: The candidate will provide supervision and coordination of nursing staff, maintain professional standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory and evidence-based practices.
