Description
Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Nurse in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This position involves providing specialized maternal care in a maternity department with approximately 2,600 births annually. The role requires adherence to evidence-based practices with a focus on patient-centered care, supported by a reputable organization tasked with delivering high-quality obstetric services.
Job Details:
- Shift: Rotating, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend
- Schedule: 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Massachusetts license, at least 2 years of experience in labor and delivery, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support); Epic electronic medical record experience required; must have been separated from the employing organization for 6+ months to be considered
- Preferred Qualifications: Travel experience is considered a plus
- Additional Information: A BH (Bullhorn) cover sheet is required at the time of submission. Only candidates with current MA licensure, relevant experience, and proper certifications should apply. The position is based at the hospital's maternity department, supporting a high-volume obstetric service.
