Job Summary:
The position is located in Massachusetts and involves serving as a primary contact in a clinic setting. The role requires guiding students through enrollment processes in a virtual primary care environment, including registration, documentation, and support during virtual visits. The work schedule is primarily during daytime hours, with no weekend or call responsibilities. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in primary care and/or health services and is capable of performing clinical tasks such as vital signs collection and POC testing.

• Required Qualifications: Certifications, education, or experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience within primary care and/or health services. Must be able to obtain and document vital signs (Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Temperature, SpO2, Respiratory Rate), verify medication lists, prescriptions, OTP products, vitamins, supplements, and support patient connection to virtual visit platforms.
• Additional Information: Must be separated from the organization for at least 6 months to be considered. Local candidates are accepted at a lower rate. No travel or float requirements are specified.
