Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at an organization located in Lodi, California. Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from approved vendor; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; minimum of 0 years of experience in neonatal or critical care settings
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an acute care facility in a neonatal or critical care environment
- Additional Information: The role involves collecting and analyzing patient data, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating patient progress, and collaborating across care teams. The nurse will participate in discharge planning, delegate tasks appropriately, and engage in patient and family education to promote a safe and healing environment.
