Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, operating from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); relevant psychiatric and geriatrics background preferred; must demonstrate advanced skills in psychiatric procedures; location in Rochester, NH; no minimum experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in psychiatric settings; familiarity with mechanical lifts, Sara Steady equipment; interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Additional Information: The unit features a family-oriented environment with staff members possessing extensive tenure, including over five years of psychiatric experience. The team benefits from modern equipment and a schedule offering alternating weekends. Recreational therapists and social workers are available to assist with patient activities and discharge planning, respectively. Floating may be required occasionally, primarily in helper roles.
