Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) nurse position available in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing critical care to diverse patient populations, including psychiatric and pediatric patients, while maintaining sound clinical judgment and documentation. The position requires adaptability to rotating shifts and collaboration within a team to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: License: Nursys License / License/Certificate Verification, Professional: Ascension Resume / Ascension Profile / 2 Professional References, 2 years of Emergency Department (ER) experience with at least 2 prior travel contracts, experience in caring for critical care patients, strong team collaboration skills, effective communication, ability to escalate concerns appropriately & seek support when needed, EPIC (Electronic Health Record system), may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in psychiatric and pediatric patient populations; ability to work rotating shifts based on department needs
• Additional Information: The assignment is scheduled to start on 10/11/2026 and end on 01/09/2027. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to care for critical care patients while maintaining clinical accuracy and documentation. Floating to other sites within the geographic area may be required to support staffing needs.
