The facility is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical Surgical (MS) in Rushville, Illinois. This role involves providing high-quality patient-centered care on a Medical Surgical floor in a community hospital setting. Job Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical (MS) Specialty in Rushville, Illinois
• Schedule: Three 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM 7:00 AM) with rotating weekends and holidays, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Illinois RN license (or eligibility), BLS certification, ACLS preferred (or willing to obtain within 6 months), experience in Emergency Department or Medical Surgical units preferred, strong clinical judgment and communication skills, commitment to compassionate, community-focused care
• Additional Information:

  • Nurses may serve as charge nurses when assigned, supervising LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
