Description

Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Home Healthcare in Kirkland, Washington. The position involves providing patient care within the home setting, with an emphasis on efficiency and adherence to established care protocols. The assignment is initially scheduled for 13 weeks, with start dates beginning as soon as possible.

Job Details:

Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Washington State RN license, 1 year of home healthcare experience, and the ability to start immediately.
Preferred Qualifications: EPIC electronic health record experience.
Coverage Area: To be determined; coverage area is not guaranteed for the duration of the assignment and is subject to change. The professional may be asked to see patients in different territories as needed based on staff availability and patient needs.
Additional Information: This role requires compliance with a 30-day cancellation policy. All documentation is due the Friday before the scheduled start. All candidates must be prepared for orientation sessions scheduled every two weeks on Mondays.
