Description
Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Technologist position in Walnut Creek, California. This role involves working with obstetric patients, including pregnant and newly delivered individuals, and requires scrubbing for Cesarean sections and other obstetric procedures. The position offers day shifts with a start date of August 25, 2026, and includes responsibilities such as stocking supplies, setting up and tearing down delivery tables, and supporting OB unit operations.
Job Details:
- Location: Walnut Creek, California
- Shift Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours
- Start Date: 08/25/2026
- Required Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (Surgical Tech Certification), BLS certification, at least 2+ years of experience, with prior OB and Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
- Additional Information: The ideal candidate must submit OB / L&D Tech credentials. Previous travel experience is preferred but not required. Orientation sessions are held every other week.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
