Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) is sought for a healthcare organization located in Janesville, Wisconsin. This full-time position involves providing patient care on Skilled Nursing units, with responsibilities including medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The role requires flexibility to float to other inpatient units as needed and includes working days shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts from 06:30 to 19:00, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. The position includes every third weekend and a holiday rotation.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Wisconsin Nursing License, current CPR certification, education verification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Medical-Surgical units with telemetry.
• Additional Information: The candidate may be asked to float to other inpatient units due to census. The role involves utilizing the nursing process, documenting care accurately, participating in performance improvement activities, and supporting patient safety and experience through critical thinking and escalation when necessary.
