Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Kenansville, North Carolina. This position involves providing specialized perioperative patient care in a hospital setting. The role includes managing surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with surgical teams under the organizations protocol. The assignment is scheduled for 13 weeks with shifts predominantly scheduled on days.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 9 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday with four-day workweeks.
• Required Qualifications: Valid North Carolina or Compact State license, current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications, and at least 23 years of experience in the Operating Room.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a perioperative or surgical setting is recommended.
• Additional Information: Call responsibilities include both evening and weekend coverage. Weekend call is scheduled from Friday at 7:00 a.m. through Monday at 7:00 a.m., totaling 7 call days per month. No float rotation is required for this assignment.
