Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) professional needed in a healthcare organization. The position involves providing specialized medical and patient care in a Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit setting with night shifts scheduled for 12 hours. This role requires a dedicated healthcare professional to deliver quality care for adult and geriatric patients.

Job Details

Position Description: Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) role with night shifts scheduled from 11/03/2026 through 02/02/2027, working 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certifications including ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS; valid license in hand at time of submittal; minimum of 2 years of ICU experience preferred; experience with Epic charting system; ability to manage complex patient conditions such as multisystem organ dysfunction, neuro intensive care, and post-surgical care.
Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours weekly.
Additional Information: Must complete core onboarding items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing; modules are non-billable and completed onsite during orientation. Candidates must meet specific compliance and licensing requirements per state and facility guidelines.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge nurse experience, community hospital experience, LTAC experience, trauma level I or II experience, travel experience preferred.
Responsibilities: Including managing arterial lines, administering chemotherapy, ventilator management, central line care, neuro ICU procedures, and various high-acuity interventions.
