Job Summary:
This Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse position is based in Michigan. The role involves coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel. The Registered Nurse will uphold standards for professional nursing practice in a clinical setting, ensuring mutual goal setting with patients and protecting patient rights and privacy.

Job Details:

• Position Description: Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state nursing license for Michigan, BLS (American Heart Association) certification, 2+ years of medical-surgical experience, and relevant certifications.
• Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric experience.
• Additional Information: The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in medical-surgical nursing and be comfortable participating in patient and family education. Submission of applications requires verifying the above qualifications.
