Job Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Location: Gilbert, Arizona
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice or valid compact RN license, BLS certification, current clinical performance competencies demonstrated through annual validations, at least 0 years of experience relevant to the role.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing, professional certification in relevant specialty areas.
• Additional Information: The RN will assess patient physical, psychological, social, and developmental needs, develop personalized care plans, implement and coordinate patient care, and evaluate patient responses. Responsibilities include documentation, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in quality improvement activities. The role may involve supervising licensed and non-licensed personnel and interacting with patients, families, healthcare providers, and external contacts to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
