Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity in Willingboro, New Jersey. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and supporting patient recovery efforts. Job Details

• Shift Time: Days
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification (if applicable), at least 2 years of bedside clinical experience, valid nursing license in the state of New Jersey, no minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in progressive care or telemetry nursing.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, creating and executing individualized care plans, participating in patient education, initiating discharge planning from the day of admission, and ensuring effective communication among care team members. The RN will also supervise ancillary nursing staff, maintain compliance with safety standards, and contribute to a positive team environment.
