Job Summary:
Nursing, Emergency Room (ER), Norwich, NY This emergency room registered nurse (RN) position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will assess, plan, and implement nursing care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, every other weekend.
• Required Qualifications: Associate's degree from an accredited school of Nursing; current New York State Registered Nurse License; BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross); at least 2 years of Emergency Department experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing; professional certification in a related nursing specialty.
• Additional Information: The position involves active participation in professional development, adhering to all regulatory and practice standards, and supporting hospital initiatives. Candidates must demonstrate skills in communication, critical thinking, organization, problem-solving, safety, and reliability.
