Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery Department in Tillamook, Oregon. This position offers the opportunity to deliver specialized nursing care within a scenic coastal community. The role involves supervising and coordinating patient care, utilizing critical thinking, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a hospital setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.

• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Acute care facility experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor required; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from approved vendor required; S.T.A.B.L.E Certification required; Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (INTFETAL) required; 0 years of experience required, with relevant certifications and licensure.

• Additional Information:

  • Collects relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
  • Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
  • Develops and implements care plans, coordinating delivery of care to promote health and safety.
  • Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuous, quality care.
  • Provides education to patients and their families.
  • Participates in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions of care.
  • Delegates and coordinates duties of healthcare team members as appropriate.
  • Performs other position-related duties as assigned.
