Job Summary
The Nurse Manager, Operating Room (OR) / Surgical Services at a healthcare facility in Fort Worth, Texas, oversees the daily operations and staff within the surgical department. Job Details

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Specialty: Nurse Manager OR / Surgical Services
Certifications/Degrees Required: RN, BLS, with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a managerial or director role, experience with Joint Commission accreditation, and previous manager experience required
Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS certification, 4+ years of relevant experience in surgical services management, experience with Joint Commission survey processes, previous managerial or director experience in a hospital setting, located in or willing to work in Fort Worth, TX
Additional Information: Must have experience managing OR services, familiarity with surgical department workflows, and the ability to lead and develop staff in a fast-paced environment.
