Job Summary
Surgical Technician/Operating Room Technician - San Francisco, CA. This role involves assisting in surgical procedures with a focus on neuro, spine, and orthopedic specialties. The position requires strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment, including flexibility for on-call and weekend rotations.

Job Details

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, start date 09/08/2026
Required Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) licensure (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting - NBSTSA), Basic Life Support (AHA), high school diploma, GED or equivalent, at least 2 years of experience, strong neuro, spine, and total joint experience required, experience with Neuro, Spine, Orthopedic, and Da Vinci systems required
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with charting systems such as Epic, current community hospital experience, trauma level II experience preferred
Float: Float rotation may be required
Additional Information: Assistance in preparing and during surgery by performing routine and delegated duties according to department and hospital standards and policies to ensure quality patient care. On-call required; weekends included in schedule rotation. Occasional float to other campuses may be needed.
