Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) specialist in Wichita, Kansas. This position involves providing compassionate patient care in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety and quality. The role requires flexibility to ensure continuous patient support, and candidates should be prepared to float to similar units within the same or different campuses in Wichita.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active certifications, valid state licensure, and at least 1 year of clinical experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or similar setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with Cerner OneChart electronic health record system and a strong understanding of unit-specific protocols.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be aware that they may need to float to like units on the same campus or another campus within Wichita.
