Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse Florence, Oregon. This position involves providing high-quality emergency nursing care in a busy trauma level II facility. The role requires diverse clinical skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, supporting patients across various age groups including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Oregon license or license application in process, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC certifications, 2 years of emergency nursing experience, EPIC experience required, located outside a 60-mile radius for local applicants, willingness to float within the health system
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge experience, community hospital experience, trauma level II experience, experience managing arterial lines, intubation, and complex trauma cases, recent EPIC experience within the last year, current or prior employment at a similar facility
• Additional Information: Candidates must submit proof of vaccination (COVID-19 and flu vaccines), references from the past two years (including at least one supervisor), and all relevant certifications. The start date may be delayed up to 8 weeks if licensure is in progress. The facility operates as a Level II Trauma Center with capabilities to handle a wide range of emergency cases, including trauma, stroke, cardiac, and pediatric emergencies. Candidates must be willing to float as needed within the health system and adhere to all submission requirements.
