Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Endoscopy Laboratory procedures in North Falmouth, Massachusetts. Job Details:

• Location: North Falmouth, Massachusetts
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, with shifts ranging from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, including on-call duties Monday through Thursday until 8:00 PM and Friday until 6:00 PM. Holiday call is also required.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; minimum of 2 years of current (within the last 5 years) Endoscopy laboratory experience; BLS certification; successful passage of pharmacology exam; successful passage of Basic Arrhythmia Program or challenge exam; ACLS certification; Moderate Sedation certification.

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The nurse will be responsible for assisting physicians with endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies, biopsies, esophageal dilations, and percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy. This includes pre- and post-procedure patient care, documentation, medication administration including moderate sedation, and patient education. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, teamwork, and compassionate patient care, supporting hospital performance improvement initiatives.
