Job Summary
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) registered nurse will be working in a 12-hour night shift at a facility in Tennessee. The role involves providing critical care to patients in an 18+ patient population with conditions such as ARDS/pneumonia, withdrawal, and cardiogenic shock. The position requires prior travel nursing experience and a TN license or a compact license on file at the time of submission. The schedule is primarily nights, with float to step-down or emergency room as needed, and the start date is 09/14/2026.
Job Details
- Location: Tennessee, United States (Clarksville)
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience, prior travel experience, TN license or compact license on file, BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications, and minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Schedule: Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Float: Float to step-down or emergency room as needed
- Additional Information: Orientation dates are scheduled for 8/31, 9/14, 9/21, and 9/28, with no orientation on 9/7 due to Labor Day. No time off is approved from 9/19 to 10/17 due to Epic Go Live. The facility is a 21-bed unit with ratios of 1-2, and staff are required to wear navy scrubs. EMR system used is Cerner. The unit makes its own schedule.
