Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Janesville, Wisconsin. This role involves providing high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The RN will be responsible for patient assessments, medication administration, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license, education verification, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and either Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Trauma Nurse Specialist (TNS).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an emergency or acute care setting.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, administering medications, documenting patient care, developing patient plans of care, participating in quality improvement activities, and supporting department operations. Traveler may work at other emergency department locations within Janesville and Beloit.
