Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) ICU
• Location: The healthcare provider is seeking a qualified RN for an ICU assignment.
• Certifications and Education Requirements: Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice; ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) or higher degree preferred; BLS (American Heart Association); preferred certifications include ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include: performing health data assessment, nursing care, health teaching, health counseling, therapy and treatment planning, medical function execution, treatment plan monitoring, clinical documentation, and resource utilization.
• May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications; may be placed on-call during scheduled shift.
• Submission requirements: Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and meet the qualifications outlined above.
