Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse position available in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care within a dynamic nursing team. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, ensuring adherence to facility standards and protocols, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Shift: Rotating shift hours, including night shifts with weekend rotations.
• Schedule: Night-Shift hours with rotation weekends.
• Required Qualifications: Education verification, Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and either Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Trauma Nursing Services (TNS).
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior emergency room nursing experience is preferred.
• Additional Information: Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients. Administers prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques, policies, and standards of care. Performs assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care. Develops, initiates, and executes patient care plans tailored to individual needs. Participates in performance improvement activities and shared governance. Uses clinical expertise to support patient care across units, with a focus on patient safety and experience. Engages in professional nursing practices and peer review processes.
