Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse - Nights - The healthcare provider is seeking an experienced registered nurse for an LTAC Oncology unit specializing in patients requiring chemotherapy and diagnosis management. This role involves interpreting the plan of medical care, assessing patient needs, delivering safe and individualized nursing care, and evaluating patient outcomes. The position requires working every other weekend and holiday shifts to ensure continuous patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active license/certificate verification; minimum 3 years of nursing experience; valid professional resume; professional references; completion of skills checklist and candidate submission coversheet
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The unit is a long-term acute care (LTAC) oncology unit specifically for patients requiring chemotherapy and diagnosis management. The position includes working every other weekend and holidays during the contract period from 09/20/2026 to 12/19/2026.
