Description

Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Augusta, Georgia. This role requires providing specialized care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. The position involves working in a dynamic environment with a focus on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Rotating shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. Necessary licensure includes: RN Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN with Multi-state Compact, BLS Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Education requirements include completion of an accredited/approved school of nursing with clinical hours. Experience: Less than 1 year of direct patient care. Must be able to read, write, and speak English; possess basic computer skills; demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills; function effectively in a fast-paced environment; respond decisively to emergencies; manage time efficiently; and practice evidence-based nursing with critical thinking skills.
