Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor Nurse Inpatient Rehab Unit Location: unspecified. This role involves providing direct patient care, implementing care plans, and coordinating discharge needs for patients in a 15-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. The position is suitable for licensed healthcare professionals experienced in inpatient rehabilitation settings.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, current Nursys license or equivalent certification, drivers license or state ID, professional profile with the organization, three professional references, experience in inpatient rehabilitation or similar setting, 1 year of experience preferred, applicable certifications and education as required
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a rehabilitation or medical-surgical setting, familiarity with care planning and discharge coordination
- Additional Information: The role requires direct patient care, care plan implementation, and discharge coordination within an inpatient rehabilitation environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
