Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse for a night shift position at a healthcare facility in Laconia, New Hampshire. This role involves floating to various units such as emergency department, stepdown, and medical-surgical units. The ideal candidate will have ICU experience, demonstrate independence, and be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, weekdays with every other weekend
• Schedule: 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active New Hampshire or Compact registered nurse license; up-to-date resume with 2-3 years of ICU experience (stronger candidates closer to 2 years with diverse experience); RN Skills Checklist matching ICU specialty; drivers license with matching address; BLS and ACLS certifications; EMR experience preferred (Cerner preferred but not required).
• Preferred Qualifications: TNCC, PALS, CCRN certifications.
• Additional Information: Willing to float to emergency department (not just ICU holds), stepdown, and med-surg units with modified assignments. Experience with equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, Arctic Sun or TTM management, Alaris pumps, and rapid infuser is preferred.
