Job Details

• Shift Schedule: Nights shift; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education and related experience; five years of relevant experience; supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills; registered nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; AHA-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); AHA-Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); department-specific licenses or certifications as applicable.
• Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in nursing or related field.
• Additional Information: Provides unit-based leadership in developing and delivering clinical services, supervises and directs staff, and participates in quality improvement activities. Responsible for staffing assessments, performance evaluations, and implementing policies to meet patient and operational needs. Ensures compliance with safety standards and hospital policies, addresses operational issues, and facilitates staff development. Works closely with the clinical team to improve patient care quality and satisfaction.
