Job Summary:
A Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available within a healthcare facility located in Gilbert, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring positive patient outcomes in a dynamic clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a compact RN licensure. BLS certification is required. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired. Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Professional certification is also preferred.
• Additional Information: The RN will perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. The role involves direct patient care and requires effective communication, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare team members. The position may include supervisory responsibilities and interaction with diverse internal and external stakeholders to support patient care and safety.
