Job Summary:
Long Term Care Nurse Practitioner position located in Gunnison, Colorado. The role involves supervising and assisting with daily nursing activities within a facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local standards. The position is scheduled for night shifts, offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to patient care in a rural setting.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid license as a Nurse Practitioner, current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), at least 1 year of clinical experience, and the ability to meet all facility-specific certification requirements including Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) check.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in long-term care settings is advantageous
